You must create an account to use features such as creating a showcase, placing items for sale, or participating in auctions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

2. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Posting content that is fraudulent, defamatory, or obscene.
• Engaging in any form of scamming or attempting to deceive other users.
• Using automated scripts (bots) to interact with the service in a way that disrupts its normal operation.
• Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of manipulating auctions or circumventing rules.

3. Showcases, Sales, and Auctions

PokeCenter Shop is a platform that facilitates the display of in-game items and Pokémon for trade or auction between users. We are not a party to any transaction or trade.

• All transactions, trades, and communications are the sole responsibility of the users involved.
• We do not handle any in-game currency or real money. Prices listed (e.g., "Pokedollars") are for in-game trades only.
• The seller is responsible for accurately describing the Pokémon or item, including its stats, level, and whether it is shiny.
• Users participating in auctions are expected to honor their winning bids.

4. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users of the service or our community.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the operation of our service or the information, content, or materials included. We are not responsible for any losses incurred during trades between users.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
